
SETUP:
- Step1: Plug in power for the reader for 10 minutes before setup. IMPORTANT: you must plug the power in all the time
- Step2: open the app NAILSOLUTIONPLUS on your iPad and login to the account that company have created for you
- Step3: Checkout a trannsaction using CREDIT/DEBIT and follow instructions on iPad screen. Must hit OK when the app ask for bluetooth connect and must hit PAIR when the app ask you to pair. See the video above for better understanding
- If you are able to complete a CREDIT/DEBIT transaction, then you are good to go. If not, then follow the TROUBLESHOOT INSTRUCTION BELLOW.
TROUBLESHOOT READER NOT FOUND (no emv reader found): Make sure bluetooth feature is ON on your iPad and the blue light on the reader is ON before you atempt to fix it
Attempt 1:
- RESET READER (Unplug the power of the reader and then press and hold the reset button on the side until the light on the reader is OFF; and then plug in the power and wait for the blue light on)
- RETRY TO CHECKOUT A TRANSACTION USING CREDIT/DEBIT again. If you are able to complete the transaction, then you are good to go. If not, follow ATTEMPT 2
Attempt 2:
- Go to SETTINGS>BLUETOOTH of the iPad, find the reader named MOBY-5500 then click on the the blue icon "i" next to it, then hit FORGET DEVICE- Restart your iPad
- RETRY TO CHECKOUT A TRANSACTION USING CREDIT/DEBIT and follow instructions on iPad screen. Must hit OK when the app ask for bluetooth connect and must hit PAIR when the app ask you to pair . If you are able to complete the transaction, then you are good to go. If NOT then delete the app NAILSOLUTIONPLUS and then follow the SETUP INSTRUCTION above. Go To SETTINGS of the iPad and then go to DISPLAY AND BRIGHTNESS. Finally set AUTO-LOCK to NEVER

- No need to connect reader using bluetooth. Just make sure that Bluetooth on Ipad is ON.
- Must plug in the power all the time
- Any problem with reader, Just reset the reader by pressing on reset button of VITAL reader ( located in the side and in the back of the reader. Must disconnect power before reset) and then restart the Ipad.

- After following Video 6 and 7 but unsuccesful, please delete the app NAILSOLUTIONPLUS and then reinstall the app again. Repeat Video 6 to connect.
